Frequently Asked Questions

Gentle sleep support means helping your baby or toddler build healthy sleep habits without harsh methods, crying-based programs, or rigid schedules. My approach is rooted in evidence-based sleep science, emotional support, and respect for your baby’s cues. I never force a child into a method or routine that doesn’t feel right for you. Instead, I guide you step-by-step thro

-
Absolutely. These challenges are some of the most common reasons families reach out. Whether your baby is taking short naps, waking multiple times, rising at 4–5 a.m., or struggling with nap transitions (like dropping from 3 naps to 2), I help identify root causes and guide you through a personalized plan to improve daytime and nighttime sleep.
-
I work with:
Newborns (0–15 weeks) — foundations only, no sleep training
Babies (4–24 months) — personalized sleep plans
Toddlers (2–5 years) — gentle behavior-based strategies and bedtime support
Each age receives its own developmentally appropriate, respectful approach.
